Eugene Rotary Scholarship Foundation

The Eugene Rotary Scholarship Foundation (ERSF) is an independent 501c3 corporation started by the Rotary Club of Eugene in 1956. The organization consists of seven Trustees elected from and by the members in good standing of the Rotary Club of Eugene. The ERSF By-Laws place special emphasis on providing educational scholarships for worthy young people of Eugene, Oregon and its immediate vicinity. At least seventy-five percent of the Foundation’s resources are dedicated to the educational scholarship program of the corporation. The scholarship program provides scholarships primarily to graduating high school seniors from the greater Eugene-Springfield area. The ERSF generally awards four to six scholarships per year ranging from $2,000 to $8,000 to be applied to the awardee’s first year college tuition and fees.
